A well established and growing, multi office accountancy practice is seeking an experienced Semi-Senior or Senior Accountant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with solid practice experience who wants to take on more responsibility, manage clients, and further develop their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and maintaining strong client relationships
• Preparation and review of accounts for a variety of business types
• Preparation of business and personal tax returns, including supporting schedules
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Providing accounting and compliance advice to clients
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and client service
