Job Title: Finance Business Partner (12-Month Contract)
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid Working)
Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a large, fast-paced, and growing business, with a focus on providing commercial insight and financial support. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a Finance Business Partner role, a strong background in financial analysis, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Partnering: Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and influence strategic outcomes.

• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team, ensuring effective collaboration, performance management, and development.

• Commercial Focus: Provide commercial advice and financial guidance, helping drive business performance.

• Reporting: Present monthly financial reports to senior leadership and wider business stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

• Month-End Support: Assist with month-end processes and reporting as required.

• Communication: Translate complex financial data into easily digestible information for non-financial audiences.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified 

• Experience: Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar role, ideally within a commercial environment.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence non-financial stakeholders.

• Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to drive results and foster a collaborative environment.

• Confidence: Comfortable presenting financial information to senior leadership and broader teams.

Hybrid Working: This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of office-based and remote working, providing flexibility to suit the right candidate.
