A brand new Financial Controller opportunity in a growing SME on the outskirts of Mansfield.
Reporting into the Managing Director and overseeing a small and hgh performing team, you will bring your experience into a business looking to improve internal controls, partner with other departments more effectively and implement new systems (a new stock inventory system is about to be implemented, so you would be assisting them with this straight away).
The day to day finances operate well, but you would help the accounts function have a bigger picture perspective, Whilst still being happy to roll up your sleeves when needed to help the team. The company imports and distributes its products, so experience around importing would be beneficial and they use Sage Line 50, but this isn't a pre-requisite.
We are considering applications from experienced Finance Managers looking for a full time role, or this could perhaps suit an even more experienced Qualified Accountant, looking to utilise your experience for an SME, but on a reduced hours basis, perhaps 4 days per week.
The office is currently working on a rota system to ensure full safety of its employees , with regular testing and preventative measures to ensure the safety of its employees.
