We are partnering with a highly successful SME with a rich local heritage to recruit a SAP/ERP Systems Specialist. This role is integral to the business, focusing on the implementation, specification, and training of SAP systems.

This permanent position will see you optimising the business’s use of the SAP system, showcasing how it can drive efficiency and streamline processes. You will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting any issues that arise, ensuring smooth operation throughout the system’s lifecycle. Additionally, you will deliver tailored training sessions to staff as needed, empowering them to leverage the system effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the seamless implementation and ongoing operation of the SAP system
• Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through the system
• Providing expert troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly
• Delivering comprehensive training to staff on an ongoing basis
• Staying current with the latest SAP developments, products, and services that could benefit the business

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a SAP or other ERP system specialist
• Proven track record of delivering training on ERP systems
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems in an accounting, supply chain, or logistics environment

This role offers a competitive salary between £40,000 – £50,000, dependent on experience. The position is based at the company’s Nottingham office, which offers free on-site parking and a range of additional benefits.
