Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 DOE
Location: Near Crawley, West Sussex

Reporting into the Directors, you will:

Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
Oversee and improve credit control processes.
Manage cashflow effectively, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Take ownership of payment processes and financial operations.
