Job Title: Commercial Finance Analyst
Location: Derbyshire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

A successful and well-regarded corporate office is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their finance team during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial insights that directly support commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the business with commercial analysis focused on pricing, costing, and profitability

• Work cross-functionally to ensure financial data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with wider business needs

• Assist in developing pricing strategies and reviewing models to maintain competitiveness and margin

• Provide insight on financial performance, highlighting key trends and supporting decision-making across teams

• Contribute to ongoing system and process improvements related to costing and financial planning

• Take part in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and commercial discussions

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a commercial finance or analyst role

• Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights

• Strong communication skills and experience working across teams

• Experience using ERP systems

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach

• Ideally studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
