Accountant - Client Manager

A modern accountancy firm within easy reach of Lincoln, Horncastle and Louth, based in nice offices with parking and hybrid working on offer are seeking to hire a crucial job role, ideally around Client Manager level, but they can consider anyone from Semi-Senior Accountant through to Manager grade.

The firm need someone with proven experience gained from working within practice, but within reason can design the role around the right person. Statutory accounts, tax returns and compliance is the basic focus, but the job can grow to add value to clients through advisory services, management accounts etc. This role can also expand to focus on the firm itself and the development of their processes, systems and ways of working.
