£70,000 to £90,000 per annum (depending on experience). Day rates could also be available.
Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment? If so, we have an exciting 6 month contract for you on a hybrid basis!
You will be joining a UK business with its main office based near to Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. They are part of a large matrixed multinational group which operates in a dynamic industry, constantly undergoing significant changes and offering great opportunities for growth and developing your experience.
Role Responsibilities:
As an Interim Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Human Resources team managing a couple of key projects.
The first project is focussed on reviewing and implementing the attraction and selection process for certain populations of their workforce, identifying key selection criteria needed for future hires. You will identify the attributes needed, how they will be identified and who will be responsible for this.
Another project will focus on how onboarding is done on a local level across their different sites. You will review current processes, present recommendations around improvements and show how that could be integrated to work alongside the processes of the wider group.

- Significant Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience of working within a large complex business environment and adapting to changing priorities
- To be hands-on and proactive in delivering the projects
- To collaborate with stakeholders to create skills profiles and identify key competencies required for various roles
- Previous experience of onboarding to deliver a positive employee experience
This is an interim role, offering hybrid working, based more in the office initially and becoming more remote once up to speed and settled into the role.
The role can either be accomplished on a full-time or part-time basis (3-5 days per week) depending on the level of your experience and with flexible working hours.
