Are you a Reward Manager looking for an opportunity to join a global business, looking after UK functions and based on the West side of London, but partnering with the wider global teams?
Based near Slough, the office is also easy to reach from London, Watford and Guildford.
This is a brand new role, so you will have the opportunity to make your mark and be responsible for implementing and developing a wide range of reward programs.
You will be providing strategic advice to the senior management team and HR; look at cost benefit analysis and salary forecast projections to support the long term strategy, conduct job analysis and evaluation, have responsibility for executive compensation and be involved in all things reward!
Reporting directly into the Head of HR, you will be exposed to all areas of the business both in the UK and in Europe.
