Are you an HR professional with a training background who enjoys helping people grow? This could be the role for you.

As Training Coordinator, you’ll help employees access the learning they need to develop their skills and do their jobs well. You’ll bring people, providers and schedules together to make training run smoothly and keep essential learning on track.

You’ll work with managers, employees, trainers and external providers to create a positive learning experience, from course booking through to feedback. You’ll also help keep mandatory training up to date, giving managers a clear view of what’s been completed and what needs attention.

What you’ll be doing

• Arrange internal and external training, including bookings, venues, online sessions and materials
• Manage the training calendar and keep employees and managers informed
• Liaise with trainers and providers, monitoring attendance, cancellations and waiting lists
• Track mandatory training and follow up on outstanding or expiring requirements
• Maintain accurate training records
• Produce reports, gather feedback and suggest ways to improve the learner experience
• Support HR and Learning & Development projects

What you’ll bring

You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities. You’ll have experience in training, L&D, HR or coordination, with strong attention to detail and confident communication skills.

You’ll also be comfortable maintaining records and using electronic systems.
