Temporary Financial Controller 6 Months+

Attention all Financial Controllers! A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Temporary Financial Controller for a £40m turnover business based in Derbyshire.

This is an urgent role that requires someone who is able to hit the ground running and provide leadership to our transactional finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll, an accounts assistant, a financial accountant, and a purchase ledger clerk. You will also be responsible for managing the balance sheet and overheads.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial control, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You must be able to work autonomously and have strong problem-solving skills.

Significant experience in financial control is needed, as is experience in managing a team.

This is a 6-month contract with an attractive salary package that reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required for the role.
