Tax Manager
We are currently hiring a key position in Northampton, with an established and sought-after employer who are an Accountancy firm, keen to recruit a Tax professional for a job available anywhere betweem Assistant Manager to experienced Manager grade.

They work with a wide range of clients directly, which consist of high net-worth individuals and businesses, to provide tax compliance and advisory services.

The role would be:
Responsible for the management, review and hands on provision of tax services, managing the delivery of a quality compliance service alongside tax planning and advisory work. The work would be a mixture of personal tax and corporate tax, together with the ad-hoc tax services.

- As the Tax Manager, you will oversee personal tax and corporate tax compliance work for owner-managed businesses, with the below tasks being carried out.
- Preparation/review of personal and corporate tax returns and computations
- Preparation/review of capital gains tax computations
- Knowledge of Property Tax, Inheritance Tax, Trusts and P11D forms helpful
- Preparation of more complex corporation tax and personal tax computations and returns
- Provide tax advice and guidance to clients, primarily in the areas of Corporate, Private Client, Owner Managed Business, Property and international tax.
- Collaborate with partners to develop innovative tax strategies and identify opportunities for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with tax regulations and legislation changes to ensure compliance and offer expert advice.
This role would be suited to a qualified ACA or CTA individual, or active studier, with experience in a private client or OMB tax advisory team.
