Senior Sales Negotiator

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Undertake Market Appraisals: You will have the opportunity to assess and evaluate various properties, utilising your keen eye for detail and market knowledge.
• Accompanied Viewings: You will lead property viewings for potential buyers from their existing database and attend to incoming phone inquiries.
• Vendor Feedback: Providing valuable feedback to their clients, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
• Keep in Contact: Staying connected with all vendors, keeping them updated on property progress and market trends.
• You’ll act as the liaison between solicitors, vendors, and purchasers, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
• MRI Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MRI software is a must, empowering you to streamline operations and excel in your role.
• Efficient Record-Keeping: Ensuring all new instructions and viewings are accurately recorded to maintain organised processes.
• Creative Sales Brochures: Preparing visually captivating sales brochures, and inputting them into MRI software before bringing properties to the market
• AML Compliance: Thoroughly adhering to Anti-Money Laundering regulations, promoting ethical practices.
• Weekly Progress Meetings: Collaborate with your line manager to discuss ongoing progress, celebrate achievements, and identify areas for growth.
• Work in the Heart of Nottingham: You will curate and maintain a list of potential buyers, proactively reaching out to them to uncover opportunities.

Here is what you can expect:

• Attractive Remuneration Package: Enjoy a competitive basic salary dependent on experience. Approx £30k
