Senior Accountant to Client Manager

The Role:

As a Senior Accountant to Client Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of clients and take responsibility for your work from start to finish. The practice has a relatively flat structure and a team of predominantly experienced professionals, meaning you will be trusted to manage your own workload and client relationships with a high degree of independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing year-end accounts to FRS 105 and FRS 102 Section 1A
• Managing your own portfolio of clients and work allocation
• Preparing Corporation Tax computations and returns
• Preparing and filing VAT returns
• Preparing Confirmation Statements and other Companies House filings
• Providing general accounting and business services support to clients
• Liaising directly with clients and building strong working relationships
• Managing your own time and workflow to meet deadlines

The portfolio is predominantly accounting-focused and includes a mixture of smaller businesses, property-related clients and investment portfolios.
