Senior Accountant / Manager - Wellingborough

We are actively recruiting for a new job opportunity with an accountancy firm in Wellingborough, who are seeking a senior accountant join their team, with the level of the role and salary on offer available up to a Supervisor / Manager grade. The salary is negotiable, will of course depend on experience and qualification level and is open within reason. The job can be available with hybrid working and flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review & Finalisation: Oversee the preparation and finalisation of accounts and tax returns.
• Client Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and advisory needs.
• Staff Supervision: Delegate tasks and provide guidance to a team of up to three staff members.
• System Utilisation: Work efficiently with IRIS, Xero, Sage, Forbes, and CRM systems.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations.
