Senior Accountant / Client Manager
We are currently recruiting the below job opportunity with a modern and forward-thinking accountancy firm in Derby. The firm will discuss the exact job role at interview, but they’re expecting to hire at least an Accountant or Senior Accountant position through to a full Client Manager role.
- To manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their financial needs are met for taxation and all regulatory requirements
- To manage a client portfolio to ensure that the practice is giving great service
- To ensure all accounts work is prepared to budget and within statutory deadlines, regulatory and compliance requirements and within the UK’s tax laws and regulatory frameworks
- To lead pre and post year end meetings with clients
- To prepare notes/actions points following such meetings with timelines that are required.
- To ensure tasks are completed and client are satisfied with service, dealing with any feedback or concerns
- To supervise a team of junior staff including reviewing work, mentoring, training and development
