Semi Senior to Senior Accountant (Hybrid)

We are working with a modern, forward-thinking accountancy practice in Derby who are seeking a Semi-Senior or Senior Accountant to join their team.

The firm are open on level of hire but ideally you will proven experience gained from working in an accountancy practice, although the amount is open as the firm can train. Study support is offered to those actively studying and the firm operate on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 2 days required in the office each week.

The firm use the latest technology to not only provide a great product to their clients but to help their team focus on pro-active service.

Responsibilities will include:

• Onboarding new clients
• Preparing limited company accounts and CT returns
• Preparing personal tax returns
• Reviewing accounts and returns prepared by junior team members (only if hired at the Senior Level)
• Supporting clients via email and phone
• Contributing to the firms growth
