Payroll Administrator
We are seeking a Payroll professional for a crucial job role, to join a successful, leading accountancy firm within a short commute of Ipswich, Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds. This role can be hired part-time or full-time, and the salary will depend upon your experience.
The chosen candidate will be working very closely with all payroll team members, and will report to the Payroll Manager. The objective is to provide efficient, effective, client focused service and support for the full range of payroll services, and pension services.
Duties will include:
- Processing end to end payroll both weekly and monthly
- Online client banking
- Liaising with clients and dealing with queries
- Administering pension auto-enrolment
- Calculating holiday pay, SMP, SSP, SPP
- Processing starters and leavers
- End of month and year end submissions, plus submissions to HMRC
- Completion of P45 and P60s
