Payroll Administrator (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Blusource Recruitment has teamed up with a well-established business based just outside of Nottingham Centre in the search for a Payroll Administrator.
What you will do:- Efficiently maintain payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data from our Time & Attendance System.
- Generate weekly hourly paid payroll and monthly paid payroll using Sage, including the processing of Pension modules.
- Keep payroll records up-to-date by promptly entering any changes to employee information.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing earnings, tax deductions, and leave for analysis and record-keeping.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, addressing employee queries to ensure a seamless payroll process.
- Handle the processing of PAYE deductions and timely submission of payroll information to HM Revenue and Customs.
- Maintain comprehensive holiday records and employee personnel files, ensuring strict adherence to Data Protection laws.
- Uphold and follow the company’s Health & Safety and Quality Policies.
- Provide cover for the Accounts Department, specifically in the Purchase Ledger function
