Parts Administrator 3 Month Fixed-Term Contract
What you will do:
- Respond to customer parts inquiries
- Process parts orders for UK and international customers
- Create and maintain shipping documents
- Dispatch and track parts internationally
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on their orders
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online requests
- Highly experienced in administrative activities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong time management abilities
- Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised
