About the Job: In this newly created role, you will play a crucial part in the company’s continued growth. You will support the finance team, ensuring robust financial processes, implementing improvements, and taking charge of the company’s management accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly management accounts production.
• Handling VAT returns.
• Conducting variance analysis.
• Cashflow analysis.
• Forecasting and budgeting.
• Ad hoc finance project work.

About You: This role offers great flexibility while providing the challenges of a senior finance position. It’s ideal for someone who needs flexibility for childcare or seeks a more balanced workweek. If you have experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Head of Finance, particularly within an SME, and possess strong management accounting skills, we want to hear from you.
