About the Role: As the Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the monthly management accounts and collaborate closely with the small ops team. Reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside the group Finance Business Partner, this role offers an opportunity to delve into the commercial aspects of accounting. You will evolve to become the key finance leader on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly Management Accounts
• Management of the Accounts Assistant
• Bank Reconciliation
• VAT Returns

About You: If you are on the cusp of completing your CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification and boast experience in manufacturing or the industrial sector, we want to hear from you. Strong management accounts experience, coupled with a passion for collaborating with key non-finance stakeholders, is essential.

Requirements:

• Nearly or newly qualified CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
• Experience in Manufacturing or the Industrial Sector
• ERP System Experience
• Ambitious, Self-Starter
