The Role:

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working closely with finance and operational teams to ensure the business runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Analysing variances, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Overseeing product costing, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and stock valuation.
• Partnering with operational teams to improve cost efficiencies.
• Driving process improvements and ensuring financial controls.

What We’re Looking For:

• Part or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience in management accounts.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment is a preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commercial outlook.
