3–6 Month Contract M&A Integration & Support
We’re partnering with a dynamic, growing group in the East Midlands that’s on an exciting acquisition journey — and they need an experienced interim professional to help steer the ship.
This role is all about making things happen post-deal — integrating newly acquired businesses smoothly, aligning systems, processes, and people, while also supporting with future M&A activity in the pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading integration workstreams across finance, operations or systems
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels
- Bringing calm, clarity and commercial sense to a fast-paced environment
- Supporting due diligence and early-stage acquisition planning
Ideal for someone with a background in M&A, transformation or integration projects, who thrives in ambiguity and loves turning chaos into order.
