HR Manager
A great opportunity for a stand-alone HR Manager to join an established business in Chesterfield.
Being the main contact for all things HR, you will BE the human resources depart for the business, giving you the chance to have a mix of operational and strategic input.
The role is available on a hybrid basis, with great work/life balance, free parking, good benefits and offers you lots of variety.
Working across the business and helping managers; developing the HR policies and procedures; supporting performance reviews; leading recruitment activity; and supporting the training strategy; you will be involved in all of it.
You will be joining a friendly team in a business which has just over 150 people.
