As an HR Advisor, you will:

• Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Assist with performance management and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

• HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
•  Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
