Head of Group Reporting

What a great position this is, to be the Head of Group Reporting for a really interesting business which has a positive impact on sustainability in it’s sector.  The position is offered on a hybrid basis with around 3 days per week to be based in their Sheffield office.

The business is over £150m in turnover, with just under 1000 people operating across over 25 countries.

You will get the opportunity to work with genuinely world leading people and products in a growing business in a very co-operative culture.  The business has high engagement because of the people already in the business and provides variety through their growth and projects to ensure you will be kept interested and challenged in the longer term.

You will be responsible for the preparation of all group level reporting and for improving the financial reporting, financial management and controls across the group.  You will be supporting Finance Directors of the individual entities (based in the UK and abroad) as well as working closely with the Financial Planning and analysis team as well as Treasury.

What are we looking for?

Well, you will need to be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with very strong technical accounting skills.  You attitude will be one of continual improvement, always looking to develop the team, the systems and the process.  Ideally you will already have some management experience, as there will be 6 of you in your team.
