Graduate HR Assistant – Glasgow – Full-time Permanent – Hybrid Working – £24,000

We are partnering with a growing PE-backed group to recruit a new full-time Graduate HR Assistant. This role is based in their central Glasgow offices and offers the opportunity to join a generalist HR team, supporting a wide array of tasks. This position is ideal for graduates with approximately one year of HR experience.

About the Role: The HR Assistant will support the HR function by providing confidential and sensitive services to staff and leadership. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will collaborate closely with various teams across the company. Key skills for this position include the ability to build relationships and embrace change.

• Updating HR policies and processes
• Recruitment and talent acquisition
• Training and development
• Attending HR and employment-related events

About You: If you are a graduate who thrives in a busy environment and are eager to develop your HR skills through hands-on learning and real-world experience, this role is for you. You should hold a degree in HR Management or a similar field and ideally have some experience working in a professional setting.
