Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 Hybrid Working

With a strong reputation in the industry and continuous growth, this forward-thinking company works on specialist, project-based contracts across the UK and internationally. As they expand, they now need an experienced Finance Manager to join their team and support their evolving needs.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside a commercially-minded Finance Director, gaining exposure to a wide range of financial responsibilities and playing a key role in the business’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly and year-end financial accounts
• Managing VAT, tax, and payroll processes
• Overseeing the day-to-day finance function, including AP, AR, and the general ledger
• Supporting audits and liaising with external advisors
• Producing regular reports for shareholders
• Leading on process improvements and finance projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong all-round financial accounting experience, ideally within an SME or project-led business
• Experience in manufacturing or construction would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Proficient in Xero and Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• A proactive, organised individual who thrives in a hands-on role
