About the Company: Our client is a successful family-run SME business with an international reputation for excellence. With steady growth, they are now expanding their team by introducing a Finance Manager to support the existing team of two.

About the Job: In this newly created role, you will play a crucial part in the company’s continued growth. You will support the finance team, ensuring robust financial processes, implementing improvements, and taking charge of the company’s management accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly management accounts production.
• Handling VAT returns.
• Conducting variance analysis.
• Cashflow analysis.
• Forecasting and budgeting.
• Ad hoc finance project work.

About You: If you have experience as a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager, Company Accountant or Management Accountant, particularly within an SME, and possess strong management accounting skills, we want to hear from you. Qualifications are beneficial, but we also welcome applications from QBE candidates. Experience using Xero is also highly advantageous.
