Interim Finance Manager
Salary: Up to £65,000
Location: Lincolnshire

We are supporting a well-established organisation in their search for an experienced Finance Manager to join their finance team for a 3-6 month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Accountant to play a key role in strengthening financial reporting, improving processes, and supporting long-term strategic objectives.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality financial reporting and driving improvements across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting
• Lead projects focused on process improvements and reporting enhancements
• Support financial governance and internal controls across the finance function
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide insight and drive better decision-making
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring strong attention to detail

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) preferred; strong finalists will also be considered
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge processes and drive improvement
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments
