Finance Analyst Basingstoke £30,000 – £45,000 per annum (+ Study Support)

We’re currently seeking a driven and ambitious financial professional who is actively studying their accountancy qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) to join a thriving central FPA team, covering EMEA regions. Initially based in the Basingstoke office, this role offers the potential for hybrid working and opportunities for global travel as you progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting commercial and corporate P&L budget vs actual analysis, forecasting, and planning
• Providing support for monthly management business reviews
• Undertaking accounting and reporting duties

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, who has the ability to forge and maintain relationships effectively, and possess technical proficiency in management reporting and financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Studying towards ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualifications
• Experience in financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Driven and motivated to seize career opportunities through hard work
