Administrator
I am recruiting for a Temporary Administrator for a long term client of ours who need some temporary support whilst they go through some changes. The role will be supporting in the Health and Safety team and they require experience of working with HSEQ.
Person Spec:
- Strong MS Sharepoint & Excel skills
- Organised and systematic approach
- Service-oriented and responsive
- Some SHEQ experience helpful, not essential
- Immediate start for 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Support external audit processes
- Maintain training and budget records
- Co-ordinate responses to staff safety observations
- Maintain and organise documents for safety management system
- Support our risk assessment document approval process
- Configure and administer our Safety Sharepoint
- Log and co-ordinate response to general safety queries
The role will be to start immediately for a minimum of 3 months, possibly longer. They offer hybrid working after full training.
