The Role

As an Accounts and Business Services Manager, you will manage a portfolio of SME, owner-managed and private clients, acting as a key point of contact while overseeing the delivery of high-quality accounting and business services.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Owning and managing a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for service delivery and client relationships.
• Overseeing your team’s portfolios and contributing to workflow and resource planning.
• Delivering agreed revenue and profitability targets.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities to support their wider needs.
• Providing technical oversight and guidance to ensure work is delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Developing, coaching and inspiring team members, supporting the firm’s wider people strategy.
