Accountant – Central London – Full-time, Permanent – Hybrid Working – £50,000 – £60,000

Accountant position in central London providing crucial support to several smaller subsidiaries of a historic organisation. This full-time permanent role offers hybrid working but does require a presence in central London weekly, close to Farringdon and Covent Garden.

This distinctive business seeks an Accountant capable of extending support to its subsidiaries.

About the Role:
In this standalone role, you’ll serve as the linchpin for multiple subsidiaries, providing support in management accounting, cash flow management, account reconciliation, and reporting to the group finance function. This position will mentor ledger clerks, without having to directly manage them and you will report directly to the Group Financial Controller.

About You:
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant (or Qualified by Experience) who can work independently and managing accounts for multiple smaller entities. If you have experience from an Accountancy firm that would be ideal, however if you possess experience in a multifaceted industry role, this position could be an ideal fit. This role is particularly suited for those who thrive on hands-on accounting tasks within an SME environment.
