Bjorn Jones

Bjorn is a seasoned recruitment professional with an impressive career spanning over two decades. He embarked on his recruitment journey in 2000 after a year of travel following his graduation from Sheffield University, where he obtained a degree in Biological Sciences.

Throughout his career, Bjorn has gained extensive experience across all levels of recruitment, specialising primarily in Accountancy & Finance and Human Resources. His expertise has served a diverse range of businesses and organisations, delivering successful talent acquisition solutions.

Bjorn now leads the Finance, Human Resources and Office Support brands at Blusource. He and his team collaborate with SMEs, FTSE-listed companies, and Not-for-Profit organisations, providing comprehensive recruitment services for permanent, temporary, and interim professionals.

Outside of work, Bjorn spends a lot of time with his family including 2 kids. He manages and coaches his son’s football team, and supports his daughter at athletics events, whilst squeezing in games of football and golf when time allows.

Greg Emmerson

Greg has worked in recruitment since leaving University with an English degree in 2000. After spending 9 years at international recruiter, Hays, where he managed offices, teams and developed his specialism in hiring within accountancy practice, he joined independent specialist Raynorwest, who later merged with Blusource in 2011. Greg now has a team covering the East Midlands and East of England, hiring at every level, for every type of client facing role in an accountancy practice, plus specialist boutiques in sectors like tax, corporate finance and insolvency.

Well-known and widely networked with employers and fellow professionals, Greg has established long-term recruitment relationships with most accountancy firms across the region, over the last two decades. Outside of work, Greg enjoys time with his family, friends and playing / watching a variety of sports.

Dan Rogers

Dan is a specialist in accountancy recruitment, with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He began his career with international recruiter Hays, working across the Midlands. He quickly developed a reputation for his expertise in working with firms of accountants, and now leads the national accountancy practice team outside of the East Midlands and East of England at Blusource.

Dan works with all firms, from the ‘Big 4’ to growing sole practitioners, and from Partner/Director to Trainee level. He has a deep understanding of the accountancy market and is able to match candidates with the right opportunities. He is also passionate about helping clients find the best talent and is always looking for new ways to improve the recruitment process.

When Dan is not helping clients and candidates, he is kept on his toes by his young family.
