Payroll Administrator
A national accountancy firm in Nottingham are seeking to hire a Payroll Administrator to join their team at their Nottingham office. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll experience, ideally, gained from working on multiple payrolls simultaneously. Any experience of working in a payroll bureau or accountancy firm would be preferred.
The role involves managing a portfolio of 60-70 payrolls of varying frequencies and sizes. There is scope in future for the portfolio to increase in size, which could offer the successful candidate the chance to take on more complex work, as their skills advance.
Job Description:
- Responsible for own portfolio of client payrolls
- Liaise with clients and deal with their payroll queries
- Arrange the BACS payment of employees for some of the clients
- Undertake quality control reviews
- Dealing with Auto enrolment; pension letters and uploads.
