Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Are you interested in joining a high growth private equity business as their Financial Planning & Analysis Manager? 

Based in Leicester, reporting into the CFO, this is a great opportunity to join a highly profitable business in a new role.

Supporting the CFO, you will supporting strategy with financial modelling and scenario analysis for new initiatives, acquisitions and investments.

You will lead on budgeting and forecasting, looking for ways to improve systems and processes and implement best practice.

The role will suit a Finance Business Partner or FP&A Manager with experience of working with stakeholders and budget holders to assist them with financial decisions and any challenges.

This is a multisite business with multiple service provisions which add complexity to the role and we are looking for an experienced Accountant who can work autonomously if needed.  The business operates a Hybrid working model, so expect to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
