Finance Business Partner – Mansfield – Full-time Permanent – £50,000 – £55,000 – Hybrid working

We are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a growing business in Mansfield. This role involves supporting both financial and non-financial leadership by providing essential financial information to inform commercial decision-making.

This commercially focused position is ideal for those who enjoy building relationships beyond the finance function and playing a key role in critical decisions regarding pricing and risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with key stakeholders to enhance profitability.
• Providing senior leaders with the necessary information for informed commercial decisions.
• Overseeing the production of monthly account packs.
• Preparing quarterly budgets and forecasts.

About You: This role is best suited for a qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) candidate. However, it is also appropriate for individuals who are nearly qualified and possess substantial business partnering experience. Requirements:

• Qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA (or nearly qualified with relevant experience).
• Experience in preparing balance sheets and P&L forecasts.
• Proven business partnering experience with both financial and non-financial leaders.
• Experience in a commercial finance setting.
