An exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager has emerged within a reputable Wealth Management firm, and I am actively seeking senior administrators and practice managers with experience in wealth management or similar professional services fields for this role. The firm is based in the heart of Lincoln, has onsite, on-site parking and could consider flexible hours (start and finish times) for the right candidate.

With a focus on providing comprehensive business services and products, our client is currently seeking a Practice Manager to join their team, offering the chance to play a pivotal role in the company’s internal operations and client support.
About the role: This key role involves reporting directly to the Managing Director and overseeing a team of administrators responsible for delivering high-level technical and administrative support. The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business, encompassing typical office management tasks alongside client engagement on product and service inquiries and company workflow management.
Key Duties:
- Address queries from clients and external parties
- Provide line management to administration staff, including training, holiday scheduling, and performance reviews
- Ensure client compliance requirements are met
- Manage complex applications efficiently
- Facilitate diary management and meeting coordination
- Undertake additional responsibilities to maintain operational efficiency
