Administrator
New Part-Time Administration Job for a small, well-established Accountancy Practice
An Administrator is required for a small but busy office, commutable from Mansfield, Ravenshead, Hucknall, Arnold, Kirkby, and Southwell. The role will be ideally part-time, but for the right candidate, the firm will consider full-time hours.
The Role:
- Respond promptly to client emails and calls, addressing inquiries and providing information.
- Organise financial documents digitally and physically for easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently for clients and team members.
- Assist in billing by generating invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle routine tasks like data entry, photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
