This is an outstanding opportunity if you are a Qualified Finance Director, or an Experienced Financial Controller in a fast paced business looking to make your first step into a Finance Director position.
Based in Nottingham, you will be joining a Private Equity backed business, who will offer a stake in the business on day one for the right candidate, with a direct route to becoming the CFO as they expand rapidly.
Working closely with the Managing Director and the CFO, you will provide financial insight and assist in creating and implementing company strategy.
How strong is your technical accounting experience? Do you have experience within manufacturing with strong cost accounting skills?
Can you be hands on but also possess a process improvement mindset?
Do you have ambition, with a long term view on your career?
Are you looking to add significant value to a dynamic business whilst also having the opportunity to learn from very experienced people who have worked through multiple sale cycles already?
