Are you an experienced Accountant available for a 6 to 12 month fixed term contract in Rotherham, easily commutable from Doncaster, Sheffield and Barnsley?
This opportunity is with a privately owned SME, who are looking for an all-rounder to be responsible for the company accounts including monthly management accounts; some credit control;payroll, purchase ledger as well as providing some analysis for the Managing Director.
The company will be going through an upgrade of their current accounting package in the the next 9 months and this role is to cover a maternity leave, so they are looking to have a significant handover.
We are looking for someone who is IT literate and proactive.
Ideally you already have an accounting qualification or be part qualified (AAT, CIMA, ACCA, ACA), however relevant experience is more important that the qualification.
This is a full time role, however 4 days per week will be considered.
