Blusource HR are currently recruiting for a Practice Manager to join a small but growing professional services organisation, based in Sheffield and easily commutable from Worksop, Rotherham and Dronfield.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Practice Manager/Office Manager role. Experience of having worked within professional services would be highly advantageous.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Finance, HR, IT and Facilities. This will be a varied role, including duties such as:
* Managing cash flow and profit and loss
* Financial Analysis: to ensure that the firm is operating as efficiently as possible following a period of growth
* HR: absence management, recording holidays, disciplinary/grievances
* Facilities: ordering office supplies, printer maintenance etc.
* IT: liaising with service providers
