Blusource HR are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join the Pensions & Benefits team of an established and growing organisation, based in south Leicester and easily commutable from Hinckley, Nuneaton, Coalville and Market Harborough.
This is a temporary role for c. 10 weeks and my client is seeking someone who is immediately available.
The ideal candidate will have a background in either Pensions, Benefits, Payroll or HR. You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Resilience is key!
You will use your initiative, responding to and logging pension and benefits queries.
Good Excel skills are a must!
