An Accountancy practice, based in Derby are hiring an important job at either a Semi Senior OR Senior Accountant level.
Due to ongoing growth and increasing amounts of work, the firm are keen to hire at varying levels, with potentially more than one position available.

The firm can hire anywhere between a Semi Senior Accountant level through to Senior Accountant / Manager and they are able to create and craft their roles around the right person. The work includes everything you might expect, accounts preparation, bookkeeping, corporate and personal tax, potentially some audit, dependent on your preference. The firm really can design the job around the successful person, so the interview would include discussions about the work you enjoy, what you want to do and how they could craft the role to suit that.
The firm may also be interested in people taking up more of a Bookkeeping role in addition to the accountancy positions - part time or full time.
The firms use systems including Iris, Sage, Microsoft packages, a few clients are on xero, some on quickbooks etc. Study support for AAT, ACCA or ACA may be provided for those taking professional qualifications.
