Job Description

Blusource HR are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join an award winning organisation with a great company culture and ethos. Based in East Nottingham, this role will involve some local travel around areas such as Newark, Rushcliffe, Southwell and the Vale of Belvoir.

This is a recruitment role with a difference. Acting as a true Ambassador for the company, you will be out and about meeting people, whether that be at local fairs or events, or even local coffee mornings! You will have excellent communication skills, someone who is really able to communicate what the company is about to potential new recruits.

You will be a creative person; someone who can think outside the box when it comes to new and innovative ways to recruit. Key responsibilities will include:

- Design and implementation of a recruitment strategy

- Being proactive - on social media and by attending networking events

- Checking right to work, completing DBS and reference checks

- Conducting telephone interviews

- Administration, keeping electronic and paper files up to date
