A modern and highly successful firm of accountants based in Derby have a new opening for a full-time Receptionist and Secretarial Assistant position. The role is suited to someone who has office experience, is smart and presentable, polite and good with people face to face and on the phone.
The duties of the role would include meeting and greeting visitors and clients, taking phone calls, administrative duties and managing and ordering office supplies. You will need experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
