A very interesting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the UK entity of an international business in a hybrid role.
Working closely with multiple sites and functions across the Operations part of this business, you will be adept at building positive working relationships; engaging stakeholders; and helping a business to implement change.
This is a really exciting time to join the business as they embark on transforming how they operate, so you will be driving multiple projects, enabling change, managing project deliverables, costs, and ensuring projects are being delivered in line with the strategic objectives of the business.
Ideally you will be based in the Midlands to make reaching different sites across the UK easier, but the role would be a roughly equal split between being based from home to being at one of the UK sites, so your location can be flexible if you are.
What are we looking for from you?
The business needs a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills who can operate across a matrix organisation. You will be focused on delivery and be skilled in problem solving.
Ideally you will have previous experience in a either a logistics business or worked in a regulated environment with proven commercial expertise so you are able to understand the bigger picture and impact of financial decisions.
