The firm are are looking for someone who has practice management experience, but the job can really be designed around the best person, with the specific duties matched to the best applicants preferences within reason. The job role would be to co-ordinate all work being produced across the practice, ensure HMRC/Companies house issues are dealt with, liaise with clients and be a central point of contact for the team. The firm can consider salary based on the applicant's experience, so may be willing to look at a higher level for the right person.
The role may involve the following areas, but as mentioned, there really is a great degree of flexibility currently:
Working with accountants and senior management team to develop and implement business strategies and client services
Co-ordinating daily practice operations, including workflow and job chasing management, frontline clients services, self-auditing and reporting of compliance and regulatory matters and new client on-boarding procedures.
